Default sluggish when cold?

Ok so i bought my car a few months ago stock and it had a complete tune up (so the dealersaid).

anyways, I took off the exhaust and gutted the cats. Now i got straight H pipes. It ran fine for awhile.
But now when I wake up in the morning and start the car, it takes about 1 second longer to start but it does. However, when I go to take off it bogs really bad!! Like i have to rev to about 1800 rpms and slowly let off the clutch to get it going. otherwise it will just sputter and want to die. after about a mile it gets warmed up and doesent do it so bad. It still bogs from a stop but A LOT less.

Now i pulled 2 plugs, 1 seemed black but the other one was fine. Im thinking either 1 injector is dirty, leaking, or broke...or could it be the fuel filter/sock??

I replaced the black plug and looked at it a few days later and its black again. It runs fine and has power it just bogs when its cold and sound likes ****! putt putt putt.

another thing...when driving and i just let off the gas completely it will jerk and when I push the gas it will jerk again.

I might take it to the shop but i wanna know what u guys think the problem is cause I might do it myself if its something else.

thanks!!

if i were you i would get a tune up which includes, new plugs, cap, wires, rotor, distributor, tfi moduel, fuel injection cleaning or new fuel injectors depending on money, air filter, fuel fiter, oil change and oil filter, and also get a transmission fluid flush. Oh and get your o2 sensors changed. After doing all of this, you will have a very nice ride.

i would run the codes with just a simple wire, and watch the cel light blink, cout it, and then let us know. If you have no clue what im talking about then ask adder or someone else, i dont feel like going into detail with it tonight.

also, where abouts are you, most mechanics dont charge much for a good tune up, also, this is a really crazy thought but it just occured to me, check your harmonic ballancer and see if it wiggles or shakes at all and if its all intact or if its cracked. While doing this, if you can check your timing. Ive got a feeling, just a weird feeling, that your timing is WAY off, and your harmonic balancer needs to be changed. I was thinking o2, but that would have nothing to do with a cold start....it COULD be your TFI moduel although i highly doubt it because this is a cold issue, but it is possible....hmmm i will ask around and think about it some more.
