mustang8719, is right that happend to my friend he had one on his firebird, but befor it happend it dident help it anyway, now he is redoing the motor for some $60 pice of s***

Thanks for the heads up guys. One of my freinds bought a tornado and put it in his Dodge Durango just yesterday! I'm going to make sure he knows about those fins busting off and getting sucked into the intake after time. Hopefully he'll take it out. Thanxs again for the heads up guys!!

we had a discussion about the turbonator a while back and i went out and got one as an experiment. The only thing it did was take up space in the intake tube. Its garbage!. Please dont even waste ur time, bro.

Well, the reason why I mentioned the thing about autozone, is that if it's only available at autozone, and the other parts places don't bother stocking it, then you should be pretty suspicious of it.

But anyway, I guess it's confirmed that it's junk.

They have no affect on fuel injected engines. The ony thing they do is create turbulant air wich is smoothed back out the secont it hits the intake manifold. The only way these help is if you are carborated, because turbulant air helps the fuel atomize better.
