Hey guys, I drive a 98 WS6 (light bolt ons)and have a guy interested intrading his 89 Mustang for it.....just wanted to see what kind of opinions you guys have on a car like this and if it would be a good trade....Thanks here's the info on the mustang.






Black 89 GT mustang. Very clean! Has 347stroker with AFR205 heads,holley 4150hp 750 carb,victor jr intake, B50 ford racing Block, D&D main support, Eagle billet crank, Eagle 3D H beam rods, SFI balacer, JE flat top piston, Crane Link bar hydralic lifters,Comp pro magnum rockers, manley push rods,1-3/4 headers coated. All bearings, rods, crank, pistons, intake are coated by calico coatings. Dynamic Mity Mite C4 with brake, manual valve body, & 6 pinion planetry, B&M pro ratchet shifter, aluminum driveshaft, moser 33 spine axles, spool, & c-clip eliminators. 4:10 polished gear. Rear end gerdle. Double adjustible upper control arms, Southside/lakewood lowers, & lakewood 50/50 shocks. Front has UPR K-member, UPR A-arms, UPR coilovers 175# springs on lakewood 90/10 struts. Flaming river manual rack and steering arm. MSD digital 6 ignition, MSD coil, MSD billit distrib.. NOS BIG SHOT nitrous system. Aluminum radator, 2700 cfm permacool electric fan, elderbrock vitor series water pump, march pulleys. Weld drag lite wheels 4" front, 8" back with 26-11.50-15 E/T streets. DR. Gas X-pipe Bullet Mufflers. Two Holley blue fuel pumps with push lock lines and AN fitings. Two Holley fuel pressure regulators. All silver Autometer gauges and tach. 6 point cage, 10 gal. fuel cell, Taylor battery box & 1 gauge wire, power diconnect switch, and Painless in dash switch panel. Motor has just been freshened up, new rings, bearings. Less than 500 miles on engine, and less than 5000 miles on everthing else. Would like to trade for LS1.[/align]

That sounds like a full blown race car. Depends on who did the work. Why after all this does he want to get rid of it? I'd be a lil leary about that. Have you seen/driven it? Can you post any pics of it?

What kinda shape is your car in.

LS1 WS6's can be built up to be quite fast and still daily drivers, and are more rare than Fox bodies, at least around here. I'd keep the T/A, especially since it may be a race car(which is an issue if you need a reliably decent mileage driver)and yeah, why is he wanting to dump it?

No I don't know why after all the work he want's to get rid of it. I haven't driven or seen it yet. Yes I have posted pics of it.
