what fuse number in a 90 for body has power when the ignition on and not when it is off or some where to run the ignition wire of of a relay from a fan?

i wired my gauges into 18 (fuel pump)

you don't really need a volt meter to check for hot when ign off or hot in run only circuits...a test light is the first thing I grab however both ideaswill work
