does anyone know of a cam similar to an e cam but with a little more midrange power. comp, lunati etc.?

yeah ..jump up one tier!!! go f-cam oops I see you have one well then choose a comp cam an XE SERIES like the 268hr or 274 hryeah I know a little more wild but dang go for the throat like an xe282hr ... I got that one and it pulls hard on the mid up to 6800...7000 in 1st and 2nd

 

Remember the Ford cams are 1 stage, get a 2 stage that has different exhaust and intake.
