are magnapacks with x pipe really as loud as evry1 says they are? without headers? is there a louder exhaust? where can i find packs? cant online anywhere? muffler shops?

Anything louder than magnapacks with no cats would just be straight pipes. And straight pipes sound horrible. (2 pipes coming off the motor and out the back.)

you want loud, just take off everything, mufflers, exhaust pipes, even headers, run ****in open heads, your **** sounds sweet. Your engine heats up mad quick to. It sounds pretty sweet for like a few mins until all your hoses and **** start melting from the heat but its well worth the sound trust.

 

ive ran both single chambers and magnapacks on my car... single chamber flows are louder..

 

lol, i ran open headers in my 318 dodge dart, durring an open headder contest in sanbernidio cali as part of an route 66 thing, that was f*ing loud, i cant immaging running with just open heads...lol

lol ran open heads on a 89 corvette...boy now that was loud and scary.actually it was like 6-years ago and was customer's car.did a head gaskets on a vette and had this crazy idea what would a 350 sound with no exhaust manifolds.tada found out reall quick.car sounded real nice ...almost like a big lumpy cam'd 350 loud but flames were shooting about half feet outta those exhaust runners and well u got the hint..turned off real quick cuz when fibre glass body catches fire, nothing's gonna stop it...lol.
to me the loudes on a stang i have ever heard is single chamber flows.on a 350,hooker muffs.

 

i dont know ive heard magnapacks with an o/r x pipe is insanely loud, flows are loud too, 2 chamber with H pipe sounds nasty, never heard single chambers, but there 2 totally different sounds. My car will defently b loud and thats all i care about
