ENGINE CODES

i pulled my engine codes in my 95 cobra and im reading low throttle position sensor voltage, hego sensor right and left are lean... wht the hell is a HEGO SENSOR?

I think you can adjust the throttle position sensor by rotating it, the ideal voltage between the black and green wire is less that 1 volt...like .997. The other left and right sensors are the O2.
