Simplest thing to start is get some carb cleaner. What year, motor, EFI? Hold the throttle open a bit and spray it while running about 3 good shots, then turn it off, spray it again with one good shot, wait a few minutes and start it back up. See if that helps. If not, you mayn need to take off the IAC and clean it out that way. Try that first and let us know. There are a number of possibilities if that doesn't help. What does the car idle at when at normal operating temp? May need a slight boost up.

Do the same, get cleaner for EFI, basically the same, take off the CAI tube that connect to the throttle body and spray it thru there.

Not sure about that, maybe it was the MAF sensor or not to spray the outside of the TB, but never heard of that.
