Default RE: rebuilt engine?

I don't know about it being considered a complete rebuild i guess it depends on the wear on the pistons etc..once you remove the heads check em out.I just replaced my heads, intake ,cam,tb,underdrivepullies, installed msd blaster coil, msd digital-6,3.73s,fuel pump, cia,al drive shaft,nx nos, weld skinnies ,weld pro star w/28.5 x 10.5 mt street slicks etcc..the pistons looked brand new in my 95 cobra 5.0.with 88k on it.The heads are trick flow tw,and tf intakes made a big difference.trickflow stage1 cam nice little lope

Not really....what about the piston rings? There's no sense in getting new heads and cam if cylinder compression is low and allowing blowby or the rod/main bearings are almost down to the brass.
Do it right and rebuild the entire engine.
