Default compression test...

I recently did a compression test, my nubmers were like 130 130 115 120, but my question is, will it cause the car to miss if the compression between the cylinders is different like numbers 130 to 115 is a big difference so will im blow a head gasket over this or will the diffesnces not hurt anything?

Those numbers should not cause the car to miss. The numbers should be I believe within 25% of each other. You should be fine with those numbers.

actually the difference between the highest and lowest cylinder should not exceed 10% when you do a compression test.
different compression between adjacent cylinders will not cause a head gasket to blow out but really low compression numbers in two adjacent cylinders is one indication of a blown head gasket.

Here are the numbers

starting form left side of engine, when you look at it from the front of the car.

115 120
115 110
130 130
118 120.
Are those good numbers, is there too much difference between the cylinders. Are they good compression ratios?

YO YOUR NUMBERS LOOK FINE

Motor looks solid down stairs , do you have all the plugs out and the TB proped oppen. If so you can rule out burnt valves for your miss.If you want to go feather do a leak down compression test for more accaurate resluts . If the engin is stock and from ford it is common to see big diffrence in cylnder pressure . This is due to factory specs being so loose. If you or I built a motor that loose it would not start but Ford can do it IDUNNO

ACCORDING TO CHILTON if your max PSI is 130 so the minniun limmit would be 101 PSI so your with in service limmits

healthy numbers?.........for stock yes.......my opinion is i don't like 4,3 cyl being low then #2 being so high...
if it's high miles it's probably ok.

your compresion is fine bro, you will never get exactly equal cylender presure. no matter how precicly your motor is biult.
