coolant problem

Default coolant problem

i took off the upper/lower intake and after i replaced them my car runs hott and the coolant seems to be bubbling up. did the gaskets not seal right or what?

Did you replace the t-stat?

the thermostat works..and im still getting the coolant bubbling up in the resevoir and out the overflowhole and the temp goes up to about 210-250

try bleeding the sytem. sounds like you have air in it. you might also have intake gaskets in wrong. not that this happens all to often as the gaskets are stamped with which way to face.
