lol i like how you made the edit to add MONEY....i have both cars so it should be too costly.......but what all would have to be swapped....and will an 03 auto tranny work with the 95 motor?

it is possible. since you say you have both cars, youll need to swap the k member, engine wiring harness and computer and transmission. hence a newer v6 trans will not bolt up to a 302 much less handle the power. you might also have to toy with the dash wiring harness to get everything to work correctly. (namely instrument cluster)

i dont think so because v6 and v8 bellhousings are totally different sizes. even though aode came in 95 5.0, i would be on the safeside and get a torque converter for a 95 5.0.

well me and one of my buddies are going to be workin on it and the only thing he isnt sure of is the instrument cluster. he said he doesnt know if the v6 one will work with the 5.0 computer. but i cant just swap the over cuz the plugs are different.

you could but youll lose the electric speedo associated with the v6. the cluster will fit since they are the same dashboard. if ur car is equipped with pats (passive anti theft system) it may or may not start. the cluster from a 95 is still mechanical so youll need the speedo cable as well.
