im not an sn guy by anymeans, hell im not even a mass air guy,i do the whole speed density thing. one thing i can tell you though, if you are having issues because of the cam you can always swap to a foxbody ecu...their usually for sale... it doesnt HAVE to be the wonderful a9l....

RE: E303....problems?
If you have an E-303 installed, 110 LSA, 220 duration.... it will make the engine idle a little rough, fox, SN95 or carb....... vacuum @12"-13" Hg..... that's the cam @work........will it benefit from a tune?...... of course!....... is it required to keep a driveable unit?...... nope. Just set it correctly.

RE: E303....problems?
the E 303 has made myloose tracktion at many times while driving. i believe it is that major cause of a deep lopey idle and the 55hp gain over my previous set up.
you will need a tune to get good benifit from that cam with a A9L ecu. i have heard that the ecu's on the sn95s are a bit different than the fox bodys such as retarding the timing when shifting and such. with that in mind, i have read that people seem go after the steeda 18 cam. i heard its more friendly on the sn95s idle quality.
