alright so i just got my BBK offroad h pipe installed and my check engine light is on.

it was off for the last portion of my cruise and it turned back on again when i was driving for about 5 minutes.

is this normal?

is this because of the catless exhaust?

need answers, thanks!

yea you need the MIL eliminators. they plus into your 02's and prevent the check engine light from coming on

He doesn't need them (eliminators)if the o2's are hooked up. So a, are they?

Same thing happened to meI just replaced the o2 sensors and check engine light turned off.

i assumed the o2's arent hooked up but..but then again assuming is the mother of all f*ck ups

My light went on after installation of cat-less X pipe. Went off after replacing the O2 sensors. Try that.

ya check and make sure u plugged them in and also check that they didnt lay on the exhaust and melt. u dont need mil eliminators since ur fox is b4 obd2. i agree that u should try and replace them if they are hooked up and not melted

just a quick update.

it will be running for about 10-15 minutes then the engine light will come on.

if i turn off the car and start it up, it is gone.

it will come back on evnetually.

still think its the o2 sensors?

disconnect the battery for a few minutes and try again

The same exact same thing happend to mine when the light came on it also started to run funny. So I put on a pair new o2 sensors and cleard the code out of the ecm and that solved my problem!!!
