i'm changing my 1988 GT computer it was converted to MAS and i poped in new 24lb injectors and i was wondering witch is the betetr rout. Cobra computer (and are the plugs the same?) or should i get a chip made since i also have other modds such as heads cam ect. thanks in advance.

call your local speed shop $400-$500

 

buy a new maf for 24# injectors

 

but could i plug in a cobra computer no problem?

 

i have heard that there are wiring differences in the 91-93 models from the previous years... so you might wanna look into that

 

You would need the Cobra 70mm MAF as well.... yes, there are wiring differences, but the ECM pinout is the same.

You can also buy a universal computer from AEM and think there is another brand out there that makes a computer.
