Default HELP!!OIL ON TOP OF TIMING COVER

HELLO EVERYBODY. NEW TO THE FORUM, FIRST FOX BODY EVER. QUESTION. IVE GOT OIL ON TOP OF MY TIMING COVER AND DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS COMING FROM, ANYBODY GOT A CLUE? THANKS

the first thing you need to do is turn off the caps lock.

there are only two places that oil can leak from, for it to land on the timing cover.

thats the distributor O-ring, and front valley seal.

sorry, thanks. i was thinking the dist 0-ring but wasnt really sure, how do i check to see which one?

u got a blower right? u upgrade ur fuel pump or fuel pressure regualtor? have a boost-a-pump?

yeah, it has a 255lph bbk fuel pump, dont have a regultor on it yet,about to do that now. i do smell gas after getting on it pretty hard, i just started smelling that.

Now not trying to be a d*ck anymore, my old fox had a bad tps sensor and at wot it ran crappy but at 95% throttle it was fine, just richened up toooo much a wot, put that regulator on too. And welcome to the forum.
