what is the most affordable way to convert my 91 gt to 5 lug?

What wheels are you going to run. That will determine which direction you should go.

 

Set of 5 lug axles for the rear
and a set of used 1994-95 SN95 spindles off ebay.

I just picked up a set of spindles off ebay complete with
rotors, calipers, brake pads and hoses for $235

upgrades your brakes too, but will require bigger master cylinder.

Ebay or craigslist is a great place to find affordable used five lug conversion kits.
