Default trans problems

well. i made a big mistake today on my t-5 rebuild, I was putting the shifter block thing, and forgot I left the old roll pin inside the hole, and put a new one on top of it, now the freakin roll pins are holding it in place.

now is my only option to drill out the roll pins? or is there some way of getting them out?
I feel so stupid now.

its inside the trans already, the botom one is pressed all the way through to the plate, and the other one is pushed halfway down the shifter shaft
