Default EFI to Carb. Conversion (need advice)

Can anyone refer me to an article that tells the best way to do this. I would like to use my stock fuel lines and in tank pump. Also, so you guys think a speed demon 650 carb would be ok for everyday use. Please advise if you have any suggestions/comments or anything that would make this swap easier.

try this link it will show you evrything you need

the EFI pump might work with a REG. buut I never did it . Big fan of this swap , for under 300 HP I would run a mecanical pump because I feel safer with them . but to avoid a front cover swap use the holly RED pump the Blue is to mutch for a street car . a street carb should have VAC 2nd's , Auto trans do not like doubble pumpers

this link will show you how to keep the non EFI stuff like dash gauges , air bag , bla bla bla
http://www.jason.fletcher.net/

cheapest way for the dizzy change 85 302 was a roller cam so the gear will work , if you get a MSD make shure it has VAC advance for evryday use or you will be changeing plugs evry oil change , I ant to crazzy about the durraspark Iggy system if you got the cash go for the msd dizzy, 6al box and blaster 3 coil

all that EFI junk hasto waight you down 30 LBS

The Demon 650 will be plenty. I wouldn't go any bigger than that on a daily driven 302.

hey there, I am in the middle of this swap myself, just ordered my new
fuel lines for the fuelcell I bought, I opted for the cell since the new sending unit was $100, and I didn't want to mess with fabing my own sender. I am using the Edelbrock aftermarket mech fuel pump with my system, upgrades me to a 3/8 fuel line. hoping to slip the motor back in maybe in a couple weeks, keep me informed on how yours is coming. maybe we can help each other our
