engine decoding help

The casting numbers on the block showed, if I did it right, 1979 Galaxie Engine. The first four numbers are......D9AE. In the valley it shows 351 Ccp 16...............I am hoping that I have a 351 small block windser to put in my mustang..........

D is for the 70's, E is for the 80's and so on. The 9 is for the year during that decade the block was built.
