alright so go figure..illinois, january 65 degrees..i got the stang out for yesterday n today..well i put it up in about sepetember had plenty of oil everything was good..it doesnt leak oil cuz ive parked it in the garage for a couple days an no drips or anything like that..so problem...go to leave for work after lunch n the freakin oil light came on..checked it again..shur enuf its down..so i put a quart in..check it..still needs more..put in a half n its good enuf..now how is it possible that put it away full, didnt leak (cardboard underneat it) and drove it one day parked for the night drove in the morning then at lunch the second day of driving its down a about 1 3/4 quarts...is it burning that much? or what..its pissin me off it was fine for the most part last year..what'du think..burning a lot or what?..let me in on some of ur wisdom everyone thanks..

If it were burning that much that quick..you'd see it blow the blues out the back.....as for what's going on??? hmmm odd.......I'd try monitoring it for a while and see if it was a fluke thing....but check your coolant and see if there is any oil in it/ collecting at the top of the radiator cap...if not then no worries

ya checked the coolant..its good...and i dont really feel a power loss..but i mean...idk..ive had people tell me it blows a little when i go WOT...but other than that ive nevernoticed it smoke..idk maybe it was a little low when i put it away..i hope..imean its burned a quart for a oilchange(about 3300) before...but ive never had anything like this happen..lol bad thing is..i wont be able to monitor to much for a while..itll be back in the 20's n snowing by this weekend...ionlygot it out forthese few crazy mid to high 60s days were havin right now..

haha ya...that kinda blows but at least winters half over...these days sure dont happen much sure was amazing ..but im sure the snow n teen temps will kick me in the *** in a couple days and say ya..its still winter lol...hopefully i can get somethin figured out before i gotta get it back in the shed..otherwise..just another project to worry about in the spring
