anything aftermarket is going to be much stronger than a stock rod would be, and since your using hyper pistons i assume this is not some insane super build....... so whatever is cheapest (from a respectable brand like eagle)

Rather than get H beam rods, why don't you just buy I beams instead? Generally a stock block is going tolet gobefore therods do.

How extreme are you going? HP limit is widely accepted as 500 on a 302 block. If you aren't buying an aftermarket block then its a waste of money to buy H-Beams. Forged pistonsare betterthan hypers for boost/nitrous.

i would buy I beams to save on money since the block will be the limit and the rotating assembly would outlast the block
anybody got any ideas on which heads i should use?

ford's z303 cam ehhh.....no way. if your going to spend the money to do a stroker at least do it right. go custom. best 300 bucks you will spend for the set up. call jay at camshaftinnovations.com
un-decided heads.. probably AFR's afr 185's or canifield 195's or check out TEA for trickflow heads its all prefrence and what your budget will allow
alum. hyperatic pistons i would do forged since you mentioned spraying it. just precauntionary
trickflow track heat intake i had a track heat intake on a 347 but i wish i would have bought the R
70mm TB 70-75mm isnt a bad choice
70mm MA i would do a little bigger and check out pro-m for the mass air sensor
24lb injectors 24's might suffice for n/a but if your spraying i would consider 30's
roller rockers
shorties HELL NO need long tubes
o/r/ x-pipe
super 40s
