Default too much injector

ok i found my fuel pump problem in the relay, it was just staying on when the car was completely off. anyways when it was on i can hear what sounds like an injector leaking down into the cyl. i have 24lb er's and 76mm mass air i was wondering if i could put them on to test it. also my car is flooding out horribly. the #1 plug just gets soaked when i crank it. the car take about 2 min of cranking to start, i can not figure out what is causing this, ive tried to set my dist. like 20 times and im thinking its not the timing now, the car has a horrible misfire to where i cant even rev it up (it feels like a rev limiter - but thats set at 6000)

What's your Fuel Pressure at? Using the stock regulator? Check to make sure all your injectors are completely seated in the fuel rail too.

Is plug number one the only one getting soaked? Have you checked to see if that plug is even firing?
