Default TPS way off!!!

I just checked my TPS and the voltage was .76. I drilled the holes widerand got it to 1.00 V, but I'm wondering what damage, if any was done while the TPS was jacked up?

what prob are you having ..cause in theroy according to the factory spec the tps can be set to i believe .75 to .95... people just like to set it between .93 to .99...which is a optimal setting ..it shouldn't of caused to much of a prob

Default RE: TPS way off!!!

the only problem i'm having is on cold starts, the car will start and then stall out anywhere from 3-7 times until it will finally stay on. or, if i give it gas to keep the rpms high for a few seconds, it will stay on. Also, the car failed NOX (i am running hi flow cats)
Here is a list of what I've done so far:
Plugs & WIres
cap & rotor
pcv & screen
clean egr & replaced gasket
clean IAC
clean MAF
clean TB
replace emmissions tubing (some tubes were cut in half) on the passenger side - drivers side looks ok
replaced AIR upper check valve (there was a hole in it)
fuel filter

of course when i started the car up after adjusting the TPS, it stayed on since the car was already started earlier. when i drive the car, it doesn't feel like its starving for fuel. I have pretty good power throughout the RPM band. Any ideas?

NOx emisisons are caused from excessive heat in the combustion chamber combining oxygen with nitrogen. Usually caused by a lack of EGR or a lean condition.
