Should you torque the timing cover any, or just snug them on and make sure its centered and on straight?

 

as long as u know what you're doing you dont have to torque it exactly to spec. the main concern would be cracking it, or gasket bustage, or leaking. then again, torquing it never hurt anything, and u cant ever be too careful

 

alright thanks, i just wasnt sure if there was a certain torque range you were supposed to stay in or anything.
