ACTUALLY WAY BETTER, LOOK AT THE DYNOS,

is like a 40 RWHP DIFFERENCE AFTER 5500 RPMS.

But to be truthfull, the 302 like's HIGH RPMS. With Big Heads, CAM and Appropiate Intake, at 6500, youll be putting down big block times in the quarter.

ive taken my stock engine with the typhoon intake and went up to 7k (stupid i know, but i didnt have a rev limiter) and it pulled all the way. but its a good intake for the money. i think the one nice feature (even though i havent taken it off) is the side cover on the upper comes off. that will allow easier porting.

you should port.

The ports dont line up perfect, just put on the gasket as a template and smooth the rough cast to match the gasket.

This is another reason, they cost less.
