ok, so while i was driving home my car would act like the alternator was bad and it would start to shut off (i know thats not the problem, just my way of explaining what the gauges did and how the radio shut off and then immediately came back on), but the car didnt shut off, even when i pulled over, it just sat there surging to 1500 rpms and back down to 600or so

i would have thought that it was the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump (bc thats about to go out) because of the surging at idle but that wouldnt explain the radio shutting off then comin back on

its driving fine right now, all i did was turn it off and start it again and the car drove like normal

this morning the battery was dead but i hadn't driven it in about a month (idk if that has anything to do with it)

would it be an electrical problem?

any help would be appreciated

 

Could be anything from altenator, fuel filter, pump, snding unit. Dirty IAC

 

alright, well i just drove it for about 50 miles and nothing happend so i guess i wont worry about it right now
