Idle problem - help?
My car runs so lurvvvly now <img border="0" src= "http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/otn/love/love.gif>
I can totally tell the difference. They said my throttle body and injectors were just caked with gunk. And this strange noise it used to make when I let off the gas is GONE. I cant believe it. <img border="0" src= "http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/contrib/lynx/bluebiggrin.gif> <img border="0" src= "http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/contrib/lynx/bluebiggrin.gif> <img border="0" src= "http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/contrib/lynx/bluebiggrin.gif>

Wow....coulda done all that yourself for about $8 and a 1/2 hour of time.
Step 1. Clean TB. Keep it on the car if yo'ure lazy. Gas it and clear out your cat and crap while you're at it.
Step 2. Dump in Fuel Injector Cleaner then fill up and drive.

Give me a break ok. What may be easy for one person may not be for another. And I dont have any friends like you around to help me. So just let me be happy that my car runs good.

Glad that you got your car back running right. As far as that being the same problem with my cousin's car, we've done that (clean TB, IAC, etc.) every oil change. Regular tune ups with the oil changes. That's another thing you can try. New plugs, cap and rotor, timing at 14* (if it isn't already). THAT will really wake your car up.
