sounds like a real crappy ground to the starter like its not getting enough juice. check the cable running from the solenoid to the starter. if im not mistaken it runs infront of the motor and back towards the starter could just be a loose connection. happened once on my dodge truck took me forever to figure out what it was. if you have any questions let us know!

 

As i stated in my first post about your problem and what a couple more people have suggested, i think it's a cable problem. It just happened to me in my F-250 last week. It would not turn over at all. It was my pos cable to my battery. For a quick fix i just cut it back a couple of inches and recconected the terminal and all was good. But for sure it will happen again untill i replace the cable.

 

Sounds good guys, like I said I just got home a little while ago and was about to head out and check out the cable. Kust wanted to see a few suggestions on what to do Good thing this isn't my daily or my Subaru(that thing is a PITA when it comes to electrical). What sucks with the Fox though is that my battery is remoted to the trunk, so if it's the cable I'm going to have a bitchin time pulling the rear seat and and undoing it from the bottom of the car.[:@] Thanks everybody, I'll go check it out now and report back.
