My car was stolen about 2months ago and i finally got it back, only problem is they ripped up the wiring and now it has to be hot wired to start. I need to know where the connector hanging down goes to and what parts i need to get my pony running again

Oh and its a 89 lx convt

the plug looks to me goes to the ignition switch,which is connectedunder thesteering colum

i checked under there....theres no where to plug it into.
