EEC question
ok so i hooked my car up to a computer today ran some codes and went through the troubleshooting part. and ifound what i need and this is what it told me.
EEC ( Electronic Engine Control) system may be inoperative. what does this mean. and what is the EEC. new to the electronic stuff.

RE: EEC question
It means there is no communication between the EEC and the scanner. Suggest to run the DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Balance Self-Test version of the self tests and check what codes get flashed at the CEL.
