Idle problem... again

Idle problem... again
been having some idle problems with the vert lately
2 weeks ago, cleaned IAC, and TB, then a few days later adjusted the tps back to .98 volts, was at 1.06 prior. on the way home from the store I was coasting through my neighborhood and the car was idling at 1,500 rpm, no CEL on or anything.
gonna recheck the TPS tomorrow and clean the MAF as well.
anyone have any suggestions? should I try resetting the computer?
the CEL would come on and the car would idle at the normal 900rpm for a few moments then kick back up to 1,500ish again...
could she just be cranky?

I was having problems with the idle on my 86 so i replaced the idle air bypass valve and that solved the problem.

I'll have to pull my IAC off again and check the stupid thing out to see if it got fouled again....
