Default idle jumpy

Well I thought I did an ok job busting my ***** today on my car, but now I notice the idle on the spedometer jumps really fast from 700-1000 rpms while idleing... seems a little slow responsive when I give it gas. Allz I did was put on new CAI and change my wires to msd. And im 100% sure it was idleing at a steady 700 before. Any ideas at all? It cranks and turns like before but idle is crappy help!

After you added the cold air, did you reset your computer... To do this just disconnect your battery for atleast 15 minutes... Then reconnect and take your car for a good drive. I would say for atleast 25 miles. Make sure you stomp on the gas some while you drive too. This will allow the computer to adjust to the CAI and set new air to fuel ratio curves.

I hope this helps.
