i'm updating my clutch. does anyone knowa cutch kitthat can hold 380hp and has very very light pedal pressure. its a 89 t5.

try a spec stage 1...I have more rwhp than than my guess is and I have run low 11's on a KC clutch with no issues but then again I don't do 5500k clutch drops/launches

Ouch... I dont know where to help you with light pedal pressure, but I know that Centerforce makes a bitchin clutch, and they can handle some power as well.

thanks i am going to look into the spec stage 1. it holds 410hp which is good.

I use the King Cobra, its supposed to be heavy but it feels like butter compared to my buddy's '78 vette.

I run this in my car. As for the t/o bearing, you can get one from a local parts store or dealer. Or from where ever you're gonna order your clutch from.
