It's a pretty simple operation to replace. Not really much to it.

I bought the summit aluminum one and it worked great..had to mod the bracket a little but none the less it worked good..in your case the direct fit one will be easy!!

I just installed an aluminum radiator on my fox today. Very simple, just had to modify the bracket a little bit.

It was my first time doing it. good luck

You should be fine with just the radiator. I ordered this one on ebay. Used my old overfill bottle.

What thermostat are you running? If its still stock you could always get a Mr gasket 180* thermostat. Thats also very easy to change

there is rubber in between the bracket and the old radiator, just had to slice some of it down. took about a minute to do all 4. but that was with my ebay one...
but I think pretty much with all aftermarket radiators you have to do some modification for the brackets.
