CODES!!!!
okay just finished a KOEO and KOER test
during KOEO car spit out 31 and 67
during KOER car sput out 21 94 44 31
then i tried to do a cylender balance test... so i mashed the pedal really quick and hte test light blinked 7 times twice
idk if thats a code 77 but i wrote it down asa code seeing as it was a brief pause inbetween the 7 blinks....

31 - EGR Valve Position/Pressure Feedback EGR Circuit Below Minimum Voltage. 0.24 volts (O,M,R)
67 - Park Neutral Position Switch Circuit Open; A/C On -Manual (O)
I wouldn't worry about code 67 since you were able to run a KOER.... if you ran the KOEO with the transmision in gear 9not in neutral) code 67 will show.
Looks like either the EVP sensor is disconnected, or faulty; or theres a problem with one of its wires..... this code shouldn't cause any driveability problems though. It only causes the EEC system to delete/bypass the EGR function.
KOER:
21 - Engine Coolant Temperature, ECT Sensor Out Of Self Test Range. 0.3 to 3.7 volts(O,R)
44 - Secondary Air System Inoperative. bank one, passenger side (R)
94 - Secondary Air Injection Inoperative. bank two, driver side (R)
31 - EGR Valve Position/Pressure Feedback EGR Circuit Below Minimum Voltage. 0.24 volts (O,M,R)
Is smog system deleted/bypassed?.... if so, there's the cause for codes 44 & 94.
Code 21..... you need to make sure the coolant temperature is above ~165°F to run the KOER self test, otherwise code 21 (engine too cold) will show up. Repeat KOER with engine at op temp.
Code 31...... see above.

RE: CODES!!!!
i been having a for a LONG TIME now an issue that while under load my car hesitates and pops in the intake...
everyone keeps saying do a cyl test and pull codes
i just went out again warmed the car up
pulled 31 44 21 94 again...
did the cyl compression test and pulled a 90 which means everything is A - ok
so im trying to figure out that why under load my car hesitates and pops... somtimes it runs great 95% of the time runs like garbage

RE: CODES!!!!
You don't need to fix codes 44, 94 and 31......they will not cause any driveability issues. For code 21, just make sure the engine coolant temp is above the temperature mark of 165°F, in simple terms...... it means the engine coolant is too cold for the KOER to give it a passing grade.
