how long would a TT stock 302 block bored to a 347 last?

not long at all! and im pretty sure you have to do a bit of stroking to get to a 347.. 302 block=500hp 500+ = DEATH!!!

yea not really that much long. I would do like that other person on here did he has the new 302 boss block and hes got it stroked to 331 and tt. Pretty awsome build up. but why would you want a tt 347. with the right stuff on a 347 u could have 500 hp easy.

it depends on the tune. you would need a aftermarket block to see any real numbers out of it

a bit of stroking to get to a 347????? it's a .030 bore + 3.4 throw on crank and 5.4 rods or 5.315 rods which I prefer and notch skirts...= not hard and it's all in the tune how long it'll last

i know be nice he came from the 4.6 crowd he isnt use to having the extra cubes

Would last just fine if you kept the boost low enough, you won't see near the potential from the setup though.

+! to what all these guys are saying, instead of wasting the money putting it towards the stock block, which is 99% guaranteed to grenade, get a built one, whether the boss one, or whatever, something that can take it
