my engine and transmission are outof my crownvic for the next few days while i replace the engine gaskets

before the clutch pedal used up the full sweep of the clutch and was a pain in the leg

is there anny adjustment that i can do that could lessen the pressure needed to release the clutch or at least the first half of pedal movement?

not really just an adjustable cable with lots of lube. i was told to use a come-a-long and attach to the fork then a tree and leave it for 2-3 days to soften up the pressure plate
