Torque=tight. Done. It's not a big deal to do. 4 bolts hold the crank pulley on, thighten them down evenly and tight. 4 bolts hold the w/p pulley on. Leave the alt pulley alone. It will cause you to have charging issues. This should help ya

yup the big bolt in the middle of the crank pulley is a PITA to remove.
if you have power tools, you will be all set.
otherwise, you will need a large pry bar or torque wrench.
i used a torque wrench, and positioned it that so when i crank the motor over, it would rest against the floor and force it loose. remember to disconnect the coil first.
need any help let me know.

sorry for my terrible spelling, this keyboard sucks, the video said i needed some rtv oil to seal the crankshaft pulley, they did the pulleys on a 01 gt, so diff then mine obv, but are you sure you should just tighten the hell out fo the crankshaft one? thats what i am worried about, and i wont put the alt one on then, ive heard bad things about it on 5.0's...

Dude, just ignore everything said in this thread other than what Pro and MJR added. 4 bolts, add lock-tite, re-install and tighten bolts evenly. That's it. Genuinely a 15 minute swap... Maybe 20 counting the time to put the belt back on.
