Default Clutch Question

I have a 94 5.0 and it is stock with exhaust. Im doing a clutch on itthis week so im ordering one tonight.By the end of the summer i will have heads,intake,nitrous(75 or 100),3.73s and possibly a cam(only prob is because im not sure how to install a cam so i may end up paying labor). I want a clutch that will be realiable and handle this easily.
I am looking into:
king Cobra
Spec Stage 1
Spec Stage 2
Spec Stage 3

Please let me know what i should lean towards and give input on any other cluches that i should think about.
