Alright, we're putting the motor in our car right now. But we ran into an issue. We ahve a dual hump crossmember for the trans. But the mounts on the car are narrower than the bushing/mounts on the crossmember. Whats up with that ?


Also, the dual hump crossmember has two humps, one larger than the other. Which side does the larger hump go on, is it the driver side ?

PLEASE HELP !-Trying to get this motor in.

look on the top of the crossmember for a r or l and that will tell you and the exhaust sits a little higher on one side than the other

 

the crossmember will only work one way and line up with tranny mount..the deeper hump goes on the passanger side

 

Alright thanks, basically we are going to have to modifiy the cross member to fit. I'll upload a picture to show whats up....
