ACT relocation
OK so im installing an explorer intake, and it is the newer one without the boss for the ACT so i was planning on moving it to the air box, but im wondering if anyone here has ever drilled and tapped it into a CAI? I was going to do it on the bottom side so it wouldnt be visible or anyhting i just dont know if its a good idea or if the sensor will work there. Thanks

RE: ACT relocation
I drilled and tapped my Exploder lower. I didn't install the rear EGR cooling hose barb though. I didn't feel like messing with that. I don't have the EGR valve hooked up anyway. I bought a EGR delete plate, but my cruise control throttle cable hits the metal heater hose piping so I can't use it.
