my friends got a 96 v6 5speed which i would guess is a t5. well sometimes it won't shift into gear and you can't move it, but for the most part its fine. i havn't looked at it or anything yet but would this be something in the shifter, maybe getting jammed, or something internally?

 

almost sounds like a clutch problem

 

could be clutch related or shift fork related

 

sounds like a clutch, have it checked out

 

i wouldn't think the clutch would do it it feels fine when its shifting normal. but hey i'm no tranny guy
