See everyone says most are hard to push but my buddy just got an 02 and he let me give it a try and the clutch was like butter. My clutch on the other hand is ridiculously hard. I calves of steel nowor should i say a calf of steal lol. I think i might just need a new one though cause the tob is gettingnoisy. So im gonna do a new clutch cable quadrant all that crap and hopefully itll be better. But if your saying you only have 10,000 miles soi would just check the cable like the two above me are saying. I've driven 10,000 since i got my car 8 months ago so i know the clutch has a least that many miles and most likely many more so its a different story for me.

I bought a Steeda about a year ago. My pressure plate is 2300lbs.

Compared to my old frayed one. My clutch pedal seemed light.

About one month ago I noticed my pedal not quite as smooth as it was a year ago. Took the cable out for a lube job. One strand was broken. Lubed it anyway and reinstalled. A bit smoother but it left me wondering about the quality with Steeda cables.

I'll bet 90% of driver's would not notice the difference of one strand binding, even knowing, I can hardly tell.

When the budget allows, I will consider something better. Any ideas?
