i am trying to decide which ones to buy between the shorty headers or longtubes for my AOD 93 mustang 5.0. any info will help thanks.

well putting LT"s on an AOD car is pretty much impossible so you might as well go with shorties, likes ones from BBK or FMS

LT's dont fit on AOD's so just save yourself some hadaches and get some shorties. i have MAC's on my car

I dont think LT's are worth the frustration of putting on. Just get a nice set of ceramic coated eaqual leanth shorties.

I just put on a set of BBK shorty equal lengths and hi flow cats on my 90 auto and its sounds great.

well first you don't want all that heat that those LT'S will transfer to the transmission case.....I would go with equals and some header wrap to keep temp down under the hood ..I also hope your using a transmission cooler
