Default Rear drum to disk upgrade?

I just finished my 5-lug conversion. Braking leaves alot to be desired. What are my options for upgrading the 5-lug rear drums to 5-lug disk brakes?

I went with the wilwood 4 piston kit and Ill never drive another 5.0 with drums again its night and day difference in braking and thats just from a rear upgrade. but im sure sn95 stuff will make a huge difference too

I should clarify. I don't want my axles any longer so sn95 stuff is not an option, as far as I can tell. I'll check out the wilwood kit.
