help... i need a kickdown cable for a 90 aod. looked at local part stores, cjpony pts, and yearone. nothing! any advice guys? thanks

well, its a throttle valve t/v cable not a kickdown cable. That might help your search.

The boneyards are full of them. If you have the factory fuel injection, I would lean towards finding a factory TV cable. I have a Lokar TV cable on my carb conversion, and it's a PITA to set up correctly. Good luck.

Only problem I foudn with junkyard ones is you have to get one off of a HO 5.0 otherwise the brackets aren't right, so if you need the whole set up, you can't get it. But the lincoln mark Vii's had them, so you can find them.
