Ok it is time to spray the ole beast....

Tell me what your opinions are on the 4150 spray bar kits vs perimeter spray kits. i have heard that perimeter kits make way better power and responsiveness. i can only imagine the increased CFM is disrupted due to the bar in the way..

What are your experiences

the spray bar doesn't really affect it all that much, mine has no ill effects with such, the perimeter kits are suppose to have a more even dispersal rate but honestly my superpowershot kit works well, out of just a 100 shot I usually pick up 8-10 more mph and .7 to .9 more et, with a conservative tune

The bar kits are defnitely cheaper. How do you have your fuel ran to the cylinoids? most seem to have -4 inputs but all of the regulators ive found only have -6 or bigger outputs. i was hoping to change to one that i could run 2 -6's to my carb and then have enought -4's to carry the fuel for the nitrous mix

the nitrous line to plate is -4an as well as the fuel line from my regulator to the selonoid which is sufficient..what ever kit you buy comes with the proper selonoid that'll flow the proper amount of fuel, depends on the size shot you run that determines line and selonoid,...there is no point in having -6an for a selonoid that was designed around the flow of -4an....think of the selonoid as a water gate, doesn't matter how big the line is behind it the selonoid can only take on so much volumne at once

my 4150 bar works well i guess...i ran 13.6 @ 101 n/a, with a 100 shot i got a 12.9 @ 112 so i don't think it looses much if any.

Thanks Joey...numbers cant be argued with....

Mjr, i was meaning fuel lines from the regulator to the selonoid. i gotcha on the -4 for the supply to the plate im having a little trouble finding the right regulator to get fuel to the carb and the selonoid at the same time...im rambling...i need a reg with 2 -6 outputs and 2 -4 outputs. so if i decide to use a perimeter kit i need fuel to 2 solenoids. i dont run a splitter to my carb i run 2 individual lines from the reg to each bowl
