Default How can I tell if my fuel injectors are dirty?

Long story short, Car has sat up for a long time. There is NO power now. I've been through a long line of troubleshooting and I am now thinking it is possible my injectors. Is there anyway to see if they are dirty. My buddy was thinking about putting a fuel pressure gauge on my car and said that if the pressure was not correct to factory specs that it could be the injectors. Would this work? And if so what is the factory fuel pressure suppose to be at, at idle? Please Help

Sorry I should have been more specific. The car will start and run. It just had no power to it any more, It idles like crap but the timing is perfect. The cars doesn't like to clime RPM's for crap. I seriously think a sixer would beat me rite now.
