how hard will it be to install a set of steeda sport springs i can rent a spring compressor from the parts store. how long will it take,

im doing the shocks and struts ive done them before i have a hoist at work so thats not an issue

Your first time figure 3 hr for the front and 1-1/2 hrs for the rear.
It gets quicker and easier the more times you do it

Yeah its actually pretty easy, just time consuming. And you don't need a spring compressor for lowering springs.

yeh, i did springs, shocks and struts on my 88gt took me about 5hrs total for my first time. pretty simple

yeah, you just keep a floor jack under the control arm, and when you have the strut/everything unbolted, you slowly slowly release the jack until the spring is unloaded...

your gonna want to look into some adjustable C/C plates so your tires dont wear faster and uneven, lowering springs tend to mess with your alignment especially on fox bodys

lower spring do not need a compressor, just muscle them into the perches and jack on the A arm.. as almoststock stated. 3ish hours up front and 1-2 for the rear. not too bad.
